Travellers will demand safety more than luxury
We all know that corporate travel management companies are very conscious about giving comfort to the travellers. But this pandemic will also change the definition of comfort for the travellers. It’s very obvious that travellers will demand a secured travel service rather than a luxurious one. Travel management organizations have to prioritize securities like use of thermal screening, applying proper sanitization processes and serving all the customers by wearing proper gloves and masks.
